New Approach to New Year's Resolutions

As it is getting to the end of the year we all start to get a little bit anxious. We might look into the past year and think that we haven't actually done much. Or at least we haven't done what we wanted or planned to do.

As the new year is approaching you might already be promising yourself that this year is going to be the one - the year in which you achieve all the things you haven't achieved so far. I have a question. How do you plan on doing that?
We can't just say we're going to achieve something and not have a plan or a method that we're going to follow.
I have ready many books and articles on goal setting. Those by Brian Tracy (where you write a list of goals in present tense with a specific deadline and as clearly as possible) I do believe in, but for those you need to be a bit of a superhero, very disciplined and organized. It's very difficult to do that.
I always wished for a simpler version and an easier way. I wished for a way that doesn't make you lose yourself in the planning and organizing. Therefore, I have something new to suggest. What if you were to set goals just according to months in one year?
The way it would work would be:
You download my Yearly Template 2025.
And then you just put one thing per month that you would love to remember that month for.
Don't have one million New Year's resolutions, especially if for the past year you haven't achieved any of the goals you have previously set. Start simple, start slow and small and watch the magic unfold.
Always remember that our brains are just trying to protect us. If you set for example in January to learn a new language, in February to buy a new car and in March to afford a luxurious vacation, it's not going to work. You know yourself you're not going to achieve it. Well, unless you win the lottery and we all know that doesn't happen every day.
Don't force your brain into procrastination mode.
Allow your brain to start small, build momentum and keep progressing.
I have a template that might make it all simple for you.
You can download the template down bellow.
Good luck!
