How to love Mondays?

Dear Strangers,
I love Mondays.
You may wonder how is it possible for anyone to say that?

Let me start by being very honest with you, this Monday didn't start that well. When I fell asleep last night, I was excited. I usually plan the next week on Sunday evening, and it motivates me to jump out of bed the next day and handle the day right. I planned the week last night, just like I always do, and went to bed happy.
I woke up early, made myself a very big cup of coffee and worked on one of my goals. I finally decided to take the first step on something that is completely outside of my comfort zone. I have been postponing it for a while now.
But then, time was up. I needed to go to my 9 to 5, and I just wasn't feeling like it. I wanted to work on my goals, on things that I am interested in deeply and that want to make a living of.
That isn't possible yet. So, I dragged myself to work suddenly feeling completely different than just two hours before.
I really didn't want to go.
What can you do in that kind of a situation?
The first thing I tried was thinking positively and brainwashing myself.
If we try to think about Mondays differently, we may realize that Mondays are a fresh start. Whatever happened last week that maybe you have failed in or simply were lazy to do, you can do it this week. You can fix it right this Monday. I tried this technique, but it didn't work out.
Then I tried another thing. This one worked!
I stole away moments from my work to work on my dreams. For some time now I wanted to set up my YouTube channel and publish one vlog weekly composed of about four or five days of my week. I kept postponing this because I didn't know where to start. I knew that doing YouTube well doesn't just mean posting a video on my channel and waiting for people to see it. I have already done thorough research and made myself a checklist of all the things that I needed to do to start YouTube right and then I started procrastinating. Monday was the right day to tackle my checklist and cross things off one by one. But first I had a whole day of interpretation in front of me, my dreading 9 to 5.
What I was also lucky to have this Monday is not that many meetings and small, boring administration things to handle, so I had about 2h, whole 2h, to set up my future dream. What a blessing!
I told you Mondays are good.

But, if you don't have this luxury, what is one last thing you can do?
You can start your day all over again.
First, I want you to return home and take a long shower. This works, I promise, stay with me. Then I want you to change into something that you feel comfortable in, take your laptop and go to a cafe that you like (a cafe that is not that loud preferably), and choose one task to work on. Don't write yourself a to-do list of ten tasks that you suddenly want to complete, because you will fail that way. Choose one thing. One thing that can make this day a success. Let that one thing be the one step that you take to get closer to your goals.

If you use any of these three, you will always have a successful Monday.
Hope this helps you to start loving Mondays.
