Explanation by Delfi: When his father, whom he has not seen for years, dies, Yoichi attends his funeral with a sense of emotional distance. His father is a man almost unknown to him, he never felt much affection towards him and considered him to be an average and gloomy person. Through blurred memories, stories of his father's peers and photographs, our protagonist will put together an increasingly complex picture of his father, which will shed a whole new light on his relationship with him and his mother.
